True North Leadership program at 1440

For 1440 Multiversity’s True North Leadership program, I produced a series of eight films designed to capture the depth, intimacy, and transformative nature of the experience. Working alongside a director of photography, I helped shape a visual narrative centered on authentic leadership—following participants as they reflected on their life stories, values, strengths, and sense of purpose within 1440’s redwood campus. The resulting film series translated an introspective, deeply personal program into a cohesive brand story that gives prospective participants a tangible sense of both the experience and its impact.
